SCGMA Proud to Sponsor Habitat LA’s Builder’s Ball to Support Local Communities

Southern California Glass Management Association was a proud sponsor of Habitat for Humanity Greater Los Angeles’ (Habitat LA) annual Builder’s Ball fundraising event at the Beverly Hilton on March 9. The evening was dedicated to raising awareness and funds for families in need of decent and affordable housing. By providing homeownership, Habitat in turn strengthens the communities they serve in Southern California. Representing SCGMA at the event was member Grace Llorin with Sherrin Glass & Metal and SCGMA staff member, Gianna Gabriele-Kasparek.

Each year, Habitat LA celebrates three outstanding partners that contributed their time, talent, and resources to transform communities in Los Angeles and beyond. This year, the honorees were Clark Construction, City National Bank, and actress-director Chandra Wilson, best known for the TV show “Grey’s Anatomy.”

Legendary R&B/Soul group “Morris Day and The Time”, famous for songs such as “Jungle Love” and “The Bird” in the mid-1980s, entertained the crowd following the award ceremony.

SCGMA is proud to support such a well-deserved organization and event to continue to build stronger communities in Southern California.
