MLA Holiday Schedule 2023

Per the MLA, the following holidays will be observed on the dates listed:

New Year’s Day – January 2, 2023
Presidents’ Day – February 20, 2023
Memorial Day – May 29, 2023
Fourth of July – July 4, 2023
Labor Day – September 4, 2023
Veteran’s Day – November 10, 2023
Thanksgiving Day – November 23, 2023
Day after Thanksgiving – November 24, 2023
Day before Christmas – December 25, 2023
Christmas Day – December 26, 2023
New Year’s Eve – January 1, 2024
New Year’s Day – January 2, 2024

All holidays occurring during the course of any ten (10) hour/four (4) day work week will be counted as days (s) worked for the purpose of defining overtime-rates of pay.
