SCGMA YPG Microsoft Project Level 1 Course – Lesson 3

Join us for our third lesson of Microsoft Project Level 1 Course taught by Microsoft Certified Professional, James Law. This lesson will cover managing tasks by creating a work breakdown structure, defining task relationships and scheduling tasks. This lesson will also provide an overview on managing project resources in terms of adding resources to a project and creating a resource calendar.
