SCGMA is pleased to announce that Dan Romine, an expert in the glazing management field, is the presenter for our upcoming interactive Sales / Estimating Workshop!

 

Workshop Description

Below is a tentative topic outline for the workshop:

  1. Deciding to Bid a Project
  2. Creating an Estimate
    -Take-Off
    -Estimates: Materials, Equipment, Subs, Engineering, Field, Shop and GC’s, Tax & Mark Ups
    -General Conditions
    -Hourly rates / Mark Up
  3. Creating a Proposal
    -Template: Documents, Scope, Clarifications, Exclusions, Pricing
  4. Success Ratio and Analysis

 

Workshop Details

Date: Tuesday, December 7th, 2021
Time: 8:00am – 10:30am PST (Brunch: 10:30am – 11:00am PST)
Location: Old Ranch Country Club (The Boardroom) – 3901 Lampson Ave, Seal Beach, CA 90740

Brunch will be provided to attendees from 10:30am – 11:00am PST.

This event is available to all SCGMA members.

Due to limited space, we are limiting this workshop to 13 participants. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Event will be hosted in the Boardroom.
