Per our recent Glaziers MLA negotiations:
“Effective June 1, 2023, a Foreman, in charge of five (5) to ten (10) employees, who has obtained a leadership certification through our Apprenticeship: a minimum of three dollars and fifty cents ($3.50) per hour above Journeyman wage scale working under his supervision.”
There are 3 courses that are required to obtain the leadership certification:
- Clear Communication (Online course – must register through Apprenticeship)
- Time Management (Online course – must register through Apprenticeship)
- Construction Documents (In-Person at the Apprenticeship Facility)
We are hosting another Construction Documents Course on Saturday, May 10.
For this course, we are increasing the headcount to 30 attendees.

Time: 7:00am – 3:30pm
