2017 NACC Program Procedural Guide Now Approved and Ready for Use

The new guide has the same content as the previous 2016 guide with only 2 significant changes to make the program easier to understand:

First in table 7a Quality Management System Requirements on page 24, the item #4 (previously “calibration”) was updated to:

4) Equipment Maintenance and Accuracy – Measuring equipment should be uniquely identified, checked on a determined periodic frequency and documented.

Second in table 7c Personnel Competency Requirements page 29, under Field Crew the OSHA competency requirements was updated to:

There shall be evidence that all field crews will consist of a competent person (as defined by OSHA) that has completed OSHA 30 and all crew members shall have completed OSHA 10 (or CANOSH equivalent)
