SCGMA YPG Event Recap – 2024 Glazing Boot Camp

On September 25th, we held another successful Glazing Boot Camp at our apprenticeship training facility in Commerce. Participants enjoyed an engaging presentation on layouts, setting the stage for the hands-on learning experience that followed. Attendees worked side by side with our apprentices to build storefront and curtainwall mockups. This time, they explored innovative installation techniques, making it the highlight of the event. The collaborative setting allowed for meaningful interactions and personalized guidance.

Thank you to everyone who joined us—your enthusiasm and dedication made this event a fantastic success! And as always, Thank you to our Union partners at District Council 36 Local Union 636 and our Apprenticeship Training Center team and apprentices, for their constant commitment, support and efforts to make this all possible.
