He has extensive experience in the field of occupational safety and health, having spent more than three decades working for both the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Cal/OSHA.

Your consultation call may fall into one of these two categories:
- Cal/OSHA inspection activities – review/discussion of inspection protocols and/or Citations and Notification of Penalties resulting from an enforcement action; or
- General assistance including clarifying the requirements of Cal/OSHA regulations; researching issues related to the Cal/OSHA Policies and Procedures Manual; or identifying information resources within or outside of the Cal/OSHA organization.
